The member presents his or her membership card to the participating provider. The Coast to Coast logo on the back of the membership card triggers the discount. The membership card provides savings for the member's spouse and all legal dependents.

Member presents prescription and selects the eyewear of his or her choice – No restrictions.

Member pays the participating provider the specially reduced price for the eyewear at the time of purchase – No claim forms or time-delayed reimbursements.
